Scope of Work

We offer comprehensive design services, including the development of tailored proposals and consultations based on client needs. Our team ensures that all recommendations and designs are aligned with the specific objectives and requirements of each project, providing strategic guidance throughout the process.

2025 Fee Schedule

● Project Architect: $120/hour

● Interior Design / Drafting Services: $100/hour

● Administrative Support: $75/hour

J&G General Contracting Company (JGGC) is hereby authorized to proceed with the design services as outlined above.

Billing Terms

● Payment is expected within a 15-day billing cycle.

● If payment is not received by the following billing cycle, we reserve the right to stop work until all outstanding payments are received.

Note: If the client chooses JGGC as their general contracting company, the first four (4) hours of design services will be credited back to the client. If not, the client will be responsible for all design service costs.

Any service duration less than 1 hour will be billed as 1 full hour.For durations exceeding 1 hour, billing will be calculated in 15-minute increments, rounding up to the next 15-minute mark if needed.
